We offer Standard Shipping (7-15 business days), Expedited Shipping (6-8 business days), and Free Shipping on orders over 2,500 MAD. We ship to 28+ countries worldwide.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard domestic shipping is 34 MAD, expedited is 80 MAD. International standard is 180 MAD, expedited is 350 MAD. Orders over 2,500 MAD qualify for free shipping on both domestic and international orders.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes, all orders include full tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
