Product Warranty
All SeaMotion products come with a manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
Coverage
- Electric Components (motors, batteries, controllers): 12 months from date of delivery
- Structural Components (boards, hulls, frames): 6 months from date of delivery
- Accessories (chargers, bags, tools): 3 months from date of delivery
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty materials
- Electrical component failure under normal use
What Is NOT Covered
- Damage from misuse, negligence, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Damage from saltwater corrosion (if maintenance guidelines are not followed)
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents)
How to Claim
- Contact us at contact@seamotion.store with your order number
- Describe the issue and attach photos
- We will respond within 48 hours with next steps
