We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy on unused items.
Return Policy
- 30-day window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective)
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
How to Return
- Email contact@seamotion.store with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions within 48 hours
- Ship the item back using a tracked shipping method
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed
Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or model? Contact us and we will arrange an exchange. The easiest way is to return the original item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items used in water (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized products
- Items purchased on final sale
