30-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.

Eligible Returns

  • Unused items in original packaging
  • Defective or damaged products (report within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Items that do not match the product description

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or show signs of water exposure
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

How to Return

  1. Contact us at support@seamotion.store with your order number
  2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
  4. Refund is processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
